Terms and conditions of sale
1. The seller
SEO Records products are sold by EUROPE TECHNOLOGIE, sole proprietorship of Paulin KOTO, 133 avenue Gambetta, 75020 Paris, France. SIREN 532 321 973, SIRET 532 321 973 00036. Contact: contact@seorecords.com.
VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
2. Scope of these terms
These terms apply to any order placed on seorecords.com or from a SEO Records connector. The products are intended for professionals. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
3. The products
Audit SEO Records, SEO Records, SEO Autopilot, SEO Outpost, GEO SEO Records, Effect SEO Records and the connector passes. Each product is described on its own page, with its price and the number of sites or domains covered.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros on each product page. Payment is made online via Stripe, at the time of ordering.
5. Duration
- Audit SEO Records: one-off payment, for one report.
- SEO Records, SEO Autopilot and Duo: annual subscription, renewed each year until cancelled.
- SEO Outpost, GEO SEO Records and Effect SEO Records: one-off payment for one year. The year runs from the date of the order to the same date the following year.
- Connector pass: 24 hours as a one-off payment, or a monthly subscription renewed each month until cancelled. A pass opens a single connector.
6. Termination
A subscription can be cancelled at any time by writing to contact@seorecords.com. The product remains active until the end of the paid period.
7. Refunds
Payments are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
8. Access to the product
Access, the key or the report is provided online or by email after payment. The customer uses the product on the number of sites or domains ordered.
9. Personal data
Their processing is described on the page Privacy.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law.
