A plugin update, a new theme, a firewall setting: the robots.txt file changes, and an assistant loses access to your site without anyone noticing. Every week, we re-read your robots.txt file and your home page, and we write to you as soon as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, Google or Le Chat goes from open to closed.

You will first receive a confirmation email: monitoring starts when you open the link it contains. After that, an email is sent only when an assistant loses access to your site. Every message includes its unsubscribe link. Your address is used for this monitoring, and for nothing else: see the Personal data section of the legal notice.

What the monitoring re-checks

  • Your robots.txt, read according to the RFC 9309 standard, crawler by crawler, on the page where your homepage lands.
  • Your homepage, like a browser: the noindex and nosnippet directives.
  • Once a week, on Monday morning. Any change is verified by a second reading before any email is sent.

The email names the assistant, the crawler and the rule in question, with a link to the full verdict. For an immediate verdict, the free test replies in just a few seconds.
